Where do you post to?
We post to any physical address in New Zealand, the Cook Islands and Australia.
And sorry, we cannot post to a PO Box address.

What are the postage charges?
For orders up to $28 the postage is $3.85, for orders over $28 the postage is $4.92.
The hosiery will be send with ParcelPost.

Rural Post Customers and Island Deliveries
If you are a Rural Post Customer or live on out lying islands like Waiheke or Stewart Island, please make a comment on the order form and add $10 on your cheque or with direkt bank transfer.

What do your charge for packaging and handling?
We do not charge for packaging and handling as we often re-use the perfectly intact packaging material from our European manufacturers. That is economically and keeps New Zealand green.

How long does it take to arrive?
ParcelPost 2-3 working days.
Please remember: Although we ship every day except Sundays we cannot guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the target delivery times. We do not pay compensation for any delay in the delivery of your item.

Consumer Guarantees Act
We guarantee your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Returns
IMPORTANT: In accordance with New Zealand Health Regulations hosiery like all other intimate apparel cannot be returned.
An exception is when the item has not been worn and is returned in its original, sealed condition. You will receive a full refund less postage.

What if the product has a fault?
We are committed to providing you with top European quality hosiery. However, if you receive a faulty product, we will either exchange it or refund your purchase.

What if I want to cancel an order?
Please email us and we will cancel your order.

What if New Zealand Post delivers a damaged parcel?
Do not accept it and email us sales@nice-things-online.com
